    La Valse (Balanchine/Ravel) In a dark and mysterious ballroom, 34 dancers waltz to gripping music by Ravel that projects a mood of impending doom. The Steadfast Tin Soldier (Balanchine/Bizet) Based on the Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale, this is a sweet ballet about the innocent courtship between a tin soldier and a paper-doll ballerina. Tschaikovsky Pas De Deux (Balanchine//Tchaikovsky) A thrilling duet, "Tschaikovsky Pas de Duex" is set to unused music from "Swan Lake" that Balanchine acquired from the Bolshoi Theatre's archives. Symphonic Dances (Ratmansky/Rachmaninoff ) This dramatic, fast-paced work, by one of the world's most renowned and sough-after choreographers, is set to the powerful Sergei Rachmaninoff score of the same name.
