B Ocean Lauderdale offers B-Day specials March 31

The B Ocean Fort Lauderdale resort is celebrating its first birthday March 31 with festivities and special offers.
The celebration includes sand castle contests, with a prize of a weekend for two; stilt walkers from 3 to 5 p.m.; B’stro on the Beach meal deals; DJ and drinks at the pool bar; champagne at 4 p.m; dinner specials at SAIA restaurant; and more.
A weekend package at the 240-unit hotel starts at $329 a night for arrivals on March 30 or March 31. It includes birthday events plus two welcome drinks and breakfast for two.
The hotel’s Facebook fans also can take part in a Virtual B-Day Party, with prize giveaways every hour on the hour on March 31 from noon to 5 p.m. Fans who correctly answer posted trivia questions will receive discounts, drink vouchers and other prizes.
