TRANSPORTATION:
Airport:

Q: How far is your hotel from the Orlando airport?
A: Our hotel is located approximately 30-35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Q: Do you provide a shuttle to and from the airport? How frequent does it run?
A: We do not provide a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport.  Some popular options for shuttle service are www.mearstranportation.com or www.supershuttle.com.

Parking:

Q: How much does it cost to park at B Resort?
A: Self-Parking is $20 per day and Valet Parking is $26 per day.

Disney Shuttle Service:

Q: How often does the shuttle run?
A: The shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes, starting 1 hour before a Disney Park opens and stops 90 minutes after a park closes.

Q: Where does the shuttle go to?
A: Complimentary Disney shuttle takes our guests to all 4 major Disney Theme Parks and Disney Waterparks. Transportations is also provided to the Disney Springs area from 6PM until 3AM.

DISNEY:

Q: Can you purchase Disney tickets at the hotel? Are they discounted?
A: You can purchase Disney tickets at the Concierge desk.  We do not offer discounted tickets, but our Concierge can explain any bundle deals that may be available. 

Q: Do you offer late entrance passes?
A: No, we do not offer late entrance passes.

RENTAL CAR AGENCY:

Q: Do you have a rental car agency on-property?
A: Yes, we do! Enterprise Rent-a-Car has a location on-property that you can rent a car for your transportation needs. They can be reached at 407-397-0800.

PACKAGE DELIVERIES:

Q: Can the hotel accept boxes for a guest?
A:  Yes, There is a one-time fee of $10.00 per package. Please be sure it is addressed to the Arriving Guest: (NAME ON THE RESERVATION). Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned. Packages will be accepted no more than 15 days before arrival date. Any packages received before this time frame will be returned to the sender.

GUEST ROOMS:

Q: Do the guestrooms have refrigerators?
A: We have mini beverage coolers that are great for small items to keep cool.

WIFI (B IN TOUCH):

Q: Does the hotel offer WIFI? If so, how much does it cost?
A: We offer FREEB WIFI for all our guests so you can B in Touch at all times.  

FITNESS CENTER (B ACTIVE):

Q: What are the hours of the fitness center?
A: We offer a 24-hour fitness center so you can B Active at all hours of the day!  

RESTAURANT (B NOURISHED):

Q: What are the dining options?
A: We have three dining options, Room Service (6AM-2AM), Pool Bar (11AM-7PM) weather permitting, and our signature restaurant American Kitchen Bar & Grill (7AM-11AM, 12PM – 4PM, 5PM – 10PM), Bar is open until midnight Sunday-Thursday and 2AM on Friday and Saturdays.  Come B Nourished with delicious food and cocktails!

AVEDA SPA (B INDULGED):

Q: What treatments are offered at your Aveda Spa?
A: There are plenty of treatments we offer, so we encourage you to visit this website for a full list of spa treatments. You can also call 407-827-3111 to book your appointment!

WEDDINGS (B WED):

Q: I’m interested in having a wedding on your property. Who should I contact?
A: How exciting! We offer the perfect venue for the most magical moment of your life. Please visit this website and fill out the form and one of our B Team members will follow-up with you!

BENSON the MASCOT (B HUMANE):

Q: Can we purchase Benson the frog?
A: YES! As part of our B Humane program, we invite you to take your very own Benson home with you to help us raise awareness for endangered species in the Orlando area. A percentage of the proceeds are donated to the Florida Wildlife Federation. 

MILITARY DISCOUNT (B SALUTED):

Q: Do you provide a military discount?
A: We are honored to have active military and veterans stay with us. As a way of saying thank you, we provide an exclusive B Saluted Promotional Rate that offers up to a 25% discount off our Best Available Rate. And whenever possible, we’ll offer a complimentary accommodation upgrade based on availability. Please present your military ID at check-in.

CREDIT CARDS:

Q: Will my credit card be charged when checking in?
A: Upon check-in, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 per room for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest's check-out.

Bank Debit / Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $50 per night held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be take up to ten business days or longer after your departure for your financial institution to return the funds.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:

Q: Do you have an onsite laundry facilities?
A: For your convenience we have a 24 hour laundry facility on property. The cost is $4.00 per washer or dryer load.  Additionally, the hotel does offer daily dry cleaning service.  Laundry dropped off at the front desk before 9AM will return on the same day by 630PM. 

LOST AND FOUND:

Q: I forgot an item how can I retrieve it?
A: In the event an item is left behind or lost please visit https://www.ileftmystuff.com, use client code 63260.  You will be able to log all the information of what you are looking for and the information needed to ship it back to you if found.  This is the quickest way for your item to be retrieved and to have the proper follow up from our lost and found department.
