What payment options do you accept at the hotel?
We accept all major credit cards for payment. The credit card will be charged according to the posted payment instructions. Post-travel billing questions should be directed to our Accounting Department.
Will my credit card be charged at check-in?
Upon check-in, we will run an authorization on the credit card for the total room charges, plus $75.00 per room for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to check-out. If the card you are using is a debit card attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay in addition to the $75.00 per night held in case of incidental charges. These funds may take up to ten business days or longer after your departure for your financial institution to return the funds.

We are located 6 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and 31 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA).
Do you provide transportation to/from the airport?
We do not provide complimentary transportation to/from the airport. Taxi cabs, Uber, Lyft and other group transportation options are available at a nominal cost.
How much does it cost to park at the hotel?
$20.00 including tax per car, per day

Does the hotel charge a resort fee?
Our resort fee of $35.00 plus tax includes private beach access, 2 bottles of B Hydrated water in-room daily, 2 beach lounge chairs daily, local and domestic long distance telephone calls, custom beach cruiser bicycles, board games for guests of all ages, children’s sand toys and beach sports equipment.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Pets are not allowed at the resort.
How many guests can stay in a room?
All standard guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of up to four persons in the room. Suites can accommodate four persons.
What amenities are included with the room?
Flat screen television(s), in-room mini refrigerator, Signature Blissful Bed®, Keurig coffee/tea maker, in-room safe, AVEDA® bath amenities.
Do you have ADA room available?
ADA compliant rooms are available to book upon request. Handicap friendly accommodations are offered on a limited basis. If you are interested in booking a special needs room, please contact us at (866) 990-6826 to verify availability and secure the room in advance.
Do you have on-site laundry facilities?
The hotel offers daily dry cleaning services. Laundry dropped off at the front desk before 9:00 AM will be returned on the same day by 6:30 PM.
Lost & Found
I forgot an item, how can i retrieve it?
In the event an item is left behind or lost, please contact our Security Office to check if the item was turned in. If we do not have the item, the Security Officer will issue you a Control ID Number. Please visit www.ileftmystuff.com where you will enter the Control ID Number with a description of the item(s) you are looking for and the information needed to ship it back to you if found. This is the quickest way for your item to be retrieved and have the proper follow up from our lost and found department.
Shipping to Hotel
Can the hotel accept packages for a guest?
Yes, there is a one-time per package fee for package handling and storage. Please be sure the package is addressed to the name on the arriving guest’s reservation. Packages received without the reserved guest’s name will be returned. Packages will be accepted no more than 15 days prior to arrival date.
