How far is your hotel from the Orlando airport?
Our hotel is located approximately 30-35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
Do you provide a shuttle to and from the airport? How frequent does it run?

Self-Parking is $22 per day and Valet Parking is $28 per day.
How often does the Disney Shuttle run?
The Walt Disney World® Shuttle Service runs approximately every 30 minutes, starting 1 hour before a Walt Disney World® Theme Park opens and stops 90 minutes after a park closes.
Where does the Disney Shuttle go to?
Complimentary Walt Disney World® Shuttle Service takes our guests to all 4 major Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Walt Disney World® Water Parks. Transportation is also provided to the Disney Springs® Resort area from 6PM until 3AM.
Can you purchase Disney tickets at the hotel? Are they discounted?
You can purchase Walt Disney World® Theme Park tickets at the Concierge desk. We do not offer discounted tickets, but our Concierge can explain any bundle deals that may be available.
Are Disney Magic Bands available at B Resort & Spa?
While Disney® Magic Bands are available for purchase at our on-site Disney® Store, we do not use them on property. The bands are available for use at the various Walt Disney World® Theme Parks.
Is there a list of Walt Disney World Theme Park rules?
Yes, Walt Disney World® Them Parks has recently updated their park rules with some major updates:
Effective March 28, 2019
- Loose and dry ice will not be permitted in our parks. Reusable ice packs are recommended.
Effective May 1, 2019
- Smoking areas will no longer be present in our domestic theme parks, water parks or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
- Guests may use designated smoking areas outside of the parks, at Disney Resort hotels and at Disney Springs® at Walt Disney World® Resort.
- Strollers must be 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller.
- Stroller wagons will not be permitted in our parks.

Please note: Our system automatically defaults to 4 people per room reservation for Fastpass+. In the event you have less than 4 people in your travel party, please use the name of your favorite characters to fill out the rest of the spots. From there, you will be able to book your Fastpass+ reservations for the people in your party.
For example, John Doe & Jane Doe have made a hotel reservation and purchased theme park tickets, and would like to make their Fastpass+ reservations. They connect their hotel reservation and tickets to MyDisneyExperience and go to make their Fastpasses. Since they are only two people, they use their favorite characters' names, Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse, for the other two Fastpass+ spots. Now they can move onto selecting Fastpass+ reservations for themselves!
Do you have a rental car agency on-property?
Yes, we do! Enterprise Rent-a-Car has a location on-property that you can rent a car for your transportation needs. They can be reached at 407-397-0800.
Can the hotel accept boxes for a guest?
Yes, There is a one-time fee of $10.00 per package. Please be sure it is addressed to the Arriving Guest: (NAME ON THE RESERVATION). Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned. Packages will be accepted no more than 15 days before arrival date. Any packages received before this time frame will be returned to the sender.
Do the guestrooms have refrigerators?
We have mini beverage coolers that are great for small items to keep cool.

We offer FREEB WIFI for all our guests so you can B in Touch at all times.

What are the dining options?
We have three dining options, Room Service (6AM-11AM; 5PM-12AM), Pool Bar (11AM-7PM) weather permitting, and our signature restaurant American Kitchen Bar & Grill (7AM-11AM, 5PM – 10PM), Bar is open until midnight Sunday-Thursday and 2AM on Friday and Saturdays. Come B Nourished with delicious food and cocktails!

Benson the Mascot (B Humane)
Can we purchase Benson the frog?
YES! As part of our B Humane program, we invite you to take your very own Benson home with you to help us raise awareness for endangered species in the Orlando area. A percentage of the proceeds are donated to the Florida Wildlife Federation.
Military Discount (B Saluted)
Do you provide a military discount?
We are honored to have active military and veterans stay with us. As a way of saying thank you, we provide an exclusive B Saluted Promotional Rate that offers up to a 15% discount off our Best Available Rate. Please present your military ID at check-in.
Will my credit card be charged when checking in?
Upon check-in, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $60 per room for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest's check-out.
Bank Debit / Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $60 per night held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be take up to ten business days or longer after your departure for your financial institution to return the funds.
Do you have an onsite laundry facilities?
For your convenience, we have a 24-hour laundry facility on the property. The cost is $4.00 per washer or dryer load. Additionally, the hotel does offer a daily dry cleaning service. Laundry dropped off at the front desk before 9AM will return on the same day by 6:30PM.
