For your convenience, we have a 24-hour laundry facility on the property. Laundry facilities are located behind the hot tub area and are $4.00 per washer or dryer load. Additionally, the hotel does offer daily dry cleaning services. Laundry dropped off at the front desk before 9am will be returned on the same day by 8:30pm.

Yes, we have a daily resort fee of $34 plus tax which includes shuttle transportation to Walt Disney World parks, complimentary WiFi in room and public areas, 24 business center with printer, B ACTIVE fitness center, tennis courts, 2 bottles of water per day/per room (upon request), complimentary shuttle to Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets (pick-up daily at 12:50pm) unlimited local and 800 calls, Keurig coffee maker with premium coffee and tea and pool access including towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Pets are not allowed at the resort.
Upon check-in, we will run an “authorization” on the card for the total room charges, plus $65 per room/per night for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest’s check-out.
Bank Debit / Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $65 per night held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be take up to ten business days or longer after your departure for your financial institution to return the funds.

Yes, there is a one-time fee of $10+ per package. Please be sure it is addressed to the Arriving Guest: (NAME ON THE RESERVATION). Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned. Packages will be accepted no more than 15 days before the arrival date. Any packages received before this time frame will be returned to the sender.
We have mini beverage coolers that are great for small items to keep cool.
We offer FREEB WIFI for all our guests so you can B in Touch at all times.

Magical Floral & Gifts by Florida Fresh Floral, LLC. manage the needs of our guests and groups for floral arrangements, table décor, gift baskets, and balloons.
Guests may place orders for floral arrangements, gift baskets, and balloons by calling 1-888-814-8718 or visiting www.magicalfloralandgifts.com. Orders may be placed in advance or on the same day before 12 p.m., and deliveries will be delivered to rooms during Resort delivery hours (9 a.m.-9 p.m.).
Once an order is placed, Magical Floral & Gifts will call the resort front desk to verify the guest is staying at the resort during the time of delivery and will then deliver to the front desk on the scheduled delivery date.

You will be able to log all the information of what you are looking for and the information needed to ship it back to you if found. This is the quickest way for your item to be retrieved and to have the proper follow up from our lost and found department.

Transportation
B Resort and Spa is located approximately 30-35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
We do not provide a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. Some popular options for shuttle service are http://www.mearstranportation.com/ or http://www.supershuttle.com/.
Self-parking is available for $25 + tax per night and valet parking is available for $35 + tax per night for guests.
The complimentary shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World® theme parks runs based on the park hours. Please refer to the most current schedule here.
